Some slight tendencies crept through today. I added a little too much to losing trades AND I was a bit hasty with adding to winners. Last Friday I acknowledged that these are the two ways I go wrong when I am tilted/impatient or whatever - and it is what leads to my big losses.
I need to kick any sign of this behaviour in the butt ASAP!
The solution: Next few days are pretty important. I have had a good run this week (not as big as last week, but cannot complain about the magnitude). If I don't make any/much money for the rest of the week I won't mind too much. So focus on good entries with slightly smaller size, and where the stop-loss is defined.
Taking profits quickly will also help.
In general though, focus on clean setups and good process.
I believe that getting "over the hump" of any current performance pressure I'm feeling will help develop habits to ignore it (not be influenced) by it in the future.
