Pretty solid day for patience for most of the day. The moment when I had a lapse of judgement (in patience/fomo) cost me dearly.
Essentially what happened was I was thinking it was triggering as a breakout trade - when it reality the break was roughly 30c lower and it was now at resistance. A couple of things for consideration are that when jumping into a trade I should piece into it slowly - the slight pause allows time for better reflection. Just need a slight pause when buying breakouts as well, they move quick, but not so quick that you can't take less than 10 seconds for clarity of thought.
Fault today definitely a fomo related lacked of patience, and perhaps a bit greedy lack of patience.
